Manufacturer’s Warranty

Protection You Can Count On

We’ve designed our warranty to celebrate long-term ownership and reward proper care. Registering your bike unlocks even greater protection, it's quick, free, and gives you added reassurance.

Frame: 2 years standard - easily extendable to 5 years by registering via the Cikada Connect App or Cikada Care. This simple step activates the full period and keeps you connected with updates and tips.

Suspension Fork: 2 years
Electronics (excluding battery): 2 years
Battery: Up to 600 full charges or 2 years, whichever comes first
Accessories: 1 year
All Other Non-wearing Components: 2 years

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on these components, helping ensure your Cikada stays safe, smooth, and ready for the road. We use only genuine Cikada parts for any covered work, maintaining peak performance and compliance.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Our warranty applies to bikes purchased directly from Cikada or authorised resellers. It starts from your delivery date and is for the original owner (with proof of purchase or completed registration). We encourage using original or authorised parts for all maintenance and repairs, this keeps everything safe, reliable, and fully covered.

By following the guidance in your owner's manual and our care resources, you'll naturally maintain eligibility and enjoy your bike at its best for years.

Important Notes to Help You Protect Your Ride 

To keep your warranty strong and your bike performing beautifully, here are a few straightforward guidelines (these help avoid common issues and maximise longevity):

  • Normal wear on consumables like tyres, chains, brake pads, cables, grips, and pedals isn't covered (these are expected to wear over time and easy to maintain).
  • Issues from not following manual instructions, misuse, modifications, improper assembly, water/sweat exposure without care, or unauthorised repairs/parts fall outside coverage.
  • Proper charging practices and genuine chargers help your battery thrive-we provide clear tips in our videos and manuals.

These are simply ways to get the most from your Cikada. With our resources, staying on top of care is enjoyable and straightforward.
